i went in thursday in allot of pain being 37 weeks pregnant with my first i of course freaked out and decided to go to the hospital. (i was having braxton hicks for the first time on top of being sick puking) the night staff treated me so well. they got me in immediately and made sure everything was okay. me and baby was taken care of almost the whole night. my nurse i had name was Hailey. she was so sweet and kind!! she really went above and beyond to make sure my health and the babies health was okay.. not to mention i puked like 5 times in the room each time she helped my boyfriend clean it up lol and didn’t even show a care in the world that it bothered her. anyways, little things like this means the most to allot of patients.. i definitely was giving girl a hard time bc i was in pain but she definitely took care of me shoutout to hailey girl, u rock. the few times ive came into this hospital ive had nothing but good experiences.. im gonna continue to choose baptist health as my hospital 🥰

I can't believe the poor ratings I'm seeing here. My experience with this hospital for the past 9days nonstop as my father is dying (and all their efforts to help him before it got to this point) has been nothing but a blessing from God! All the doctors, nurses, social workers, and everyone continue to go above and beyond for my dad. He is being treated with so much respect and dignity. I've had multiple hospital stays for different reasons, and I've never experienced so many thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable professionals. Thank you so much! I can't even express my gratitude in words!!

I would like to commend the following Nursing personnel in the hospital. They were VERY kind and other than expertise, made my stay better than it could have been. The following persons should get recognized for their professionalism: ER: Lauren (NP), Madi, Chase, Kiana, Jacob, Colin, Alexis, 3rd Floor: Sarah, Adam, Christine, Amanda, Kaitlyn, Bre, Haley, Ty, Kayla, Miranda. The NP Alicia Trapp and Dr. Lowney were superb. ( they were from my MD office). My only issue is that the hospitalist, Donna Beaver discharged me prematurely, leaving me to be discharged with the SAME issues I came in with. She visited me about 10:30 am or so. I was originally told I would go from clear liquids, to full, to soft , to regular diet. She discharged me EVEN though I was vomiting about 4-5 hours after eating. She didn’t follow protocol that I was told. Sarah and Miranda k ew I was vomiting and Sarah attempted to right the wrong. She was unable. Not her fault. She did give me Zofran to try and help. I was told if I could tolerate the food. I did not tolerate it. She had already discharged me PRIOR to my “meal”. After leaving the hospital, I got a notice that my specimen came back with occult blood. I’m still feeling pain and having diarrhea. Left with the same issue I went in with. Poor care by Donna Beaver NP. I did put a grievance in with Medicare. The staff mentioned above were FANTASTIC. I hope they receive a commendation for expertise and their above excellence care!! Thank you. Linda Losi

Walked into the ER with a life threatening emergency. Staff was great as always and they did a wonderful and quick work up. Interventional Cardiology saved my life yesterday. Everyone from the techs here to the MDs have been great and I have nothing but good things to say. Thank you for giving me more years of life.

Absolutely, Steve — here’s a polished and sincere review you could use for Dr. Kay Timbers: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Kay Timbers is outstanding. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood each step of the process without overwhelming me. Her communication was direct and to the point — no unnecessary jargon, just honest and helpful guidance. On top of that, she was incredibly friendly and approachable, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and reassuring. I felt genuinely cared for, and I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate surgeon. --- Would you like to tailor this for a specific platform like Google Reviews or Baptist Health’s patient portal?

I did my annual mammogram here this year, as well as last year, I believe. The ladies in the women's imaging department are so kind, caring, and comforting. They made me feel my best, even when I wasn't feeling good at all. My dad even stayed here for his heart surgery/procedure, and they treated him well and gave him great food to eat.

I am undergoing pulmonary therapy at Floyd Baptist Hospital. Last Monday morning I showed up for theropy and my oxygen level was %. My theropist got me admitted to the Emergancy Room and within a reasonable time frame I was transfered to Room 233. I had exellecnt treatment/service from the Doctors down to the cleaning staff. I was suprised to get food that was resturant quality cuisine. Even the admisistrative staff was on the ball. I want to give a big hug to all I came in contact with.

My sister unfortunately had to be rushed to this hospital. Fortunately they took good care of her. She only had complaints about one nurse in her three days here but everyone elsw was really good to her. Very easy to navigate inside. Very thankful they took care of her.

I know this review is a little late, but I have never forgotten the incredible care I received at this hospital. On February 20, I came in with consistent contractions, and from the moment I arrived, every single staff member treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect. The nurses were exceptional—they always checked on me, made sure I was comfortable, and respected every decision my husband and I made throughout the process. Because I was in a lot of pain, the nurses often communicated with my husband as well, ensuring that we both felt informed and supported. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine concern made a stressful and emotional experience so much easier. I especially want to recognize Amanda, who was working the night shift. She was incredibly sweet, caring, and comforting during a time when I needed it most. She was my favorite, although honestly, every nurse I encountered was wonderful. Even the staff who delivered meals were friendly, accommodating, and kind. It truly felt like everyone worked together to provide the best possible care. I highly recommend this hospital. The team that cared for me and my baby went above and beyond, and I will always be grateful for how they treated us during one of the most important moments of our lives. Their kindness, dedication, and compassion meant more than words can express. To all the nurses, doctors, and staff: thank you. You work so hard and deserve so much recognition and respect for what you do. I will never forget the care you gave my baby and me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Highly recommended.
